Shipping & Handling Charges
Orders are shipped exclusively via UPS for the 48 contiguous states and via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail for Alaska and Hawaii.
Our shipping & handling charges cover the expenses we incur to process, pack, and ship your order.
*FREE Standard Delivery on Orders Over $75
You will receive FREE Standard Delivery on all orders over $75.
Alaska, Hawaii,
Express Delivery and Rush Delivery surcharges still apply.
Taxes, shipping and other charges do not apply to minimum purchase requirement. Free shipping is
only valid on orders shipping to one address.
Warm Weather Shipping
NOTE: Due to the heat sensitivity of our products, when transit routes or destination temperatures
are over 74 degrees F, orders MUST BE SHIPPED via Express Delivery
(unless Rush Delivery is specified).
These orders will be shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs to protect these products from the heat.
Additionally, we will only ship these orders on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday so your order will not be in
transit over the weekend.
Product Availability
Most in-stock orders will ship by the next business day; however please allow up to 2 business days for us to ship your order.
If this is not possible for some reason, we will notify you immediately. The total time to receive your package is dependent
upon the shipping method you choose. We have listed the estimated times including our time to pack and ship your order as well as
the shipping transit time. For example, for a Standard Delivery package, the total time is calculated as follows:
(1-2 days for us to pack and ship) + (shipping transit time) = Total Delivery Time
For example, if you select Standard Delivery, the transit time will be 3-7 business days, depending on where you live.
This means your total delivery time will be 1-2 business days for packing + 3-7 business days (transit time), for a
total of 4-9 business days from the time you place your order.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery (4-9 Business Days)
Most orders will be delivered within 4-6 business days after being ordered; however, please allow up to 9 business days for delivery.
Signature may be required for delivery. Additional charges apply for Alaska and Hawaii. Standard Delivery is
NOT available for P.O. Boxes (except for Alaska and Hawaii), APO/FPO and international
addresses, or for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.
Express Delivery (3-4 Business Days)
Orders will arrive within 3-4 business days after being ordered. Signature may be required for delivery. Express Delivery is NOT
available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses, or
for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays. We may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your order to you within the promised timeframe.
NOTE: Heavy Orders (Orders Over 60 lbs.) shipped via Express Delivery may require an overweight surcharge
IN ADDITION to the regular $12.00 surcharge. We will contact you
prior to shipping if any additional surcharge is required.
Rush Delivery (1-2 Business Days)
Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days of being ordered. Rush Delivery is available for most zip codes. Signature may be required for
delivery. Rush Delivery is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and
international addresses, or for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays. We may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your order to
you within the promised timeframe.
NOTE: Heavy Orders (Orders Over 60 lbs.) shipped via Rush Delivery may require an overweight surcharge
IN ADDITION to the regular $24.00 surcharge. We will contact
you prior to shipping if any additional surcharge is required.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Standard Delivery shipping to these addresses is available for an extra charge of
$7.00.
Orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail and therefore P.O. Boxes are acceptable.
Due to the considerable expense,
Express and Rush Delivery are
NOT available for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
NOTE 1: Heavy Orders (Orders Over 60 lbs.) shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may require an overweight surcharge
IN ADDITION to the regular $7.00 surcharge.
We will contact you prior to shipping if any additional surcharge is required.
NOTE 2: Warm Weather Shipping orders to Alaska and Hawaii will require a
surcharge of $12.00 IN ADDITION to the
regular $7.00 surcharge.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International Addresses
Shipping to P.O. Boxes is NOT available. Shipping to APO/FPO and International addresses are not currently available as a standard option.
